Framuray, S.L. is not responsible for the processing of data provided directly by the Participants to the Singulars, and vice versa, externally to the Platform.

Framuray, S.L. is also not responsible for the processing of data outside the Platform, which may be carried out on the data contained in the profiles that the Singulars voluntarily publish on the Platform.

The data collected from the Users will be incorporated and processed in a specific database owned by Framuray, S.L. in its capacity as Responsible.

In the framework of the provision of services and contents offered through the Website, or in the exercise of its activity, Framuray, S.L. may request personal data from the user of the Website by means of forms or other means. There may be instances where it is necessary for us to transfer your information outside the European Union or from countries that do not provide adequate safeguards. In these circumstances, we will put in place appropriate safeguards to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
